The Asia Vaccine Confidence and Public Health Initiative (AVCPHI) is a collaborative platform based at Universiti Malaya, bringing together researchers, public health practitioners, and policy stakeholders to strengthen vaccine confidence across Asia.
Our work focuses on understanding the drivers of vaccine hesitancy, improving science communication, and supporting evidence-based public health strategies. By integrating research, outreach, and regional collaboration, AVCPHI aims to bridge the gap between scientific knowledge and public understanding.
Through partnerships with institutions such as TIDREC and CEPH, we develop initiatives that promote informed decision-making, community engagement, and resilient health systems.

Building trust in vaccines is not about blind belief, it is about access to clear information, transparent science, and shared responsibility between communities, researchers, and public health systems.
AVCPHI remains committed to supporting informed decision-making and strengthening public confidence in immunisation across Asia.
Vaccines save lives. Confidence ensures they reach those who need them most.
